We are excited to announce that the Center for Outcomes Research & Education has released a 2025 Doula Workforce Analysis in collaboration with OPC and the Oregon Doula Association. Through interviews and assessment of the OHA Traditional Health Worker registry this study seeks to understand the current state of the doula workforce in Oregon and make recommendations to maximize doula integration and impact on health outcomes.
