This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone using the Oregon Perinatal Collaborative website.

The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the support services that we are offering. We will not use or share your information with anyone outside of the organization, unless to a partner organization if in response to an explicitly request and consent to via our Contact Form requests and its follow-up communication.

Contact Form

We offer a Contact form that requests your name and e-mail address, so that we may provide a response and support any requests related to our organizational mission. The information that we collect will only be used to contact or identify you in relation to your request.

E-News Signup

We also offer an entirely optional e-news signup for those interested in further information. This e-news list will not be shared with or sold to any other partners or businesses, and will only be used to send organizational information and updates. Users can unsubscribe from this list at any time, and contact us to have their data deleted from our e-mail database at any time. We use the 3rd party of Mailchimp for our e-mail list and platform provider.

Log Data

When you visit our site, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We use a default Google Analytics tracking setup but do not use any more sophisticated means of tracking demographics or specific user information, and do not store this in any other CRM or database tool. We have no critical functionality on our site that is dependent upon cookies.
